  15. StarAm Plan is an easy to use but powerful spreadsheet program. 
  16. It is shareware, not crippled. Some features are:

  18.  - several sheets at one time in memory with different windows open
  19.  - commands to edit,e.g.: fill range, create series, change range by +-*/,
  20.    sort range, change row/column, powerfull cut/copy/paste, undo,
  21.    search&replace, drag&rop
  22.  - 121 stastistic, financial, mathem., date, time, boolean, text, format
  23.    and other functions to use in cells.
  24.  - user-defined functions, variables and cell-/rangenames
  25.  - A lot of formatsettings for cells, e.g.: alignment, suffix, prefix,
  26.    cell-type (text,number,date,time,percent,...), date/time-format,
  27.    protection, textstyle, borders, textcolor, decimals, sign, hide zero
  28.  - format-pattern and autoformat
  29.  - A lot of charts with a lot of settings, e.g.: 3d-bar, 3d-line, 3d-area,

  45. Changes since version 2.04
  46.  
  47.  - error message if loading a project which contains a worksheet which
  48.    is part of another loaded project. Removing of the worksheet from
  49.    the project which is being loaded. So no more danger of a crash.
  50.  - short help of iconbar now localized
  51.  - bug fixed in links to other worksheets by name in formulas (\Name.):
  52.    If the name contains the special characters operators, brackets and #
  53.    then the name can be set between " (\"Name".). So no error will occur.
  54.  - links to other worksheets by name in formulas can contain a path now.
  55.    The name (incl. path) must then set between " (\"Path/Name".).
  56.    Then the worksheet is searched only in the memory and at the
  57.    specified place.
  58.  - text series (a special form of arithmetic series) implemented.
  59.    The possible text series can be defined by the user.
  60.  - drawing the charts the resolution and aspect ratio are taken into
  61.    account completely: length of lines (ticks and subticks, some symbols
  62.    with previously constant size) thickness of lines (all lines drawn
  63.    with Draw and DrawEllipse), text height, text width (using FontTags
  64.    of DiskFont.library v37/39).
  65.  - the size of elements in the chart now optional depends on the
  66.    horizontal resolution (as until now) or the width of the window
  67.  - thickness of lines in chart now selectable (separate for different
  68.    lines)
  69.    size of symbols in chart now selectable
  70.  - bug fixed: Edit/Change deleted cells (long lives undo!) if the cells
  71.    had contained formulas and only values should been changed
  72.  - bug fixed: Edit/Changed changed formulas wrong in case of * or /
  73.  - in texts of charts you can now use simple mathematical expressions

  82.    from a CyberGraphX screen, so that you now can print out a chart from
  83.    a CyberGraphX screen
  84.  - routine to save a chart as graphics (IFF-ILBM) cybergraphx compatible
  85.    (but only 8 bit!) rewrited, so that you now can save a chart as
  86.    graphics (IFF-ILBM) from a CyberGraphX screen (true also for copying
  87.    into clipboard).

  98.  - xy-charts: x-axis labels have same type (number, date, time, month,
  99.    weekday) as cells with x-values (e.g. monthnames instead of numbers
  100.    at x-axis). Format of cells with type date or time is partly used.
  101.  - setting for view: zero-values are not shown (ignored by celltype
  102.    text, date and time). Also cellformat to set this for each cell
  103.    (ignored only by celltype text).
  104.  - Worksheet/Open, Chart/Load (Chart-Manager) and gadget Load
  105.    (Worksheet-Manager): Multiselection (and loading) of files in 
  106.    filerequester.
  107.  - curvechart (and 3d-areachart): empty cells (celltype=text; value=0
  108.    AND value of cell is hidden in actual view) and/or cells of value zero
  109.    can be ignored: gadgets emty and zeros in Chart-Attributes
  110.  - support of GadgetHelp (Intuition.library V39): there is a shorthelp
  111.    for the gadgets of the gadgetbar shown, if the mousepointer is over
  112.    one of the gadgets. Pressing help opens the (context sensitive and
  113.    asynchrone) online-help (with a longer helptext).
  114.  - some other things and bugs fixed (complete list is in the archive)

  116. Changes since version 2.03:

  118.  - serious bug fixed: Extras/Export/Range has overwrited the original
  119.    File, if xpk wasn't used :-(
  120.  - bug in v2.03 fixed: If SimpleRefresh the worksheet wasn't printed at start
  121.    automatically. The command Define Worksheet (and reverse) didn't refresh the
  122.    worksheet.
  123.  - bug in v2.03 fixed: Extras/Export/Text didn't work because of the new printing
  124.    features :-(
  125.  - FPU exceptions are now disabled (because of runtimeerrors if FPU exists -not
  126.    68040!- and I couldn't find them lacking a real FPU)
